All information gathered by Something Special Gift Baskets
through your order is kept confidential and will not
be distributed to any individual or company. The information
will be used only to make sure that your order gets
delivered to you or your recipient as quickly as possible.
Payments are made through Paypal. Paypal offers extremely
reliable and secure transactions. This is done by using
secure servers and a powerful encryption process to
ensure the customer has 100% privacy of their information.
Though we are not PayPal, we do use their service as
a payment option. Their privacy policy applies as much
to you as it does to us. Please read and view their
privacy policy to have an understanding of their service

How
and when will my order be shipped?
Your purchase will be shipped via USPS. We cannot ship
to P.O. Boxes.
Most orders will arrive within 3-6 business days unless you request otherwise. Orders received by 10:00 a.m. CST will usually be shipped the same day. We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours from date of order. If we find that shipping your order is not possible within 48 hours, we will contact you immediately.
Any order placed online over a weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons. Multiple orders may require more time depending on the size of the order. We will contact you by email or phone concerning any shipping delays.
Delivery is not available on Sunday's and National holidays.
What
can I expect my shipping charges to be?
Shipping charges will be calculated during your ordering
process. We do not ship outside of North America.
If a package is sent to a wrong address due to customer's shipping information error, you will receive an additional charge to reship or redeliver.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at a rate per Indiana sales
tax law and already included in the price of the gift
basket.
How do you handle shipping of chocolates
and other meltable items during warmer weather months?
In warmer months, some gift baskets with chocolates
will be replaced with equal quality products that will
withstand the heat in shipping across country.
Will
the basket I order look the same as the picture?
We take great pride in creating our gift basket designs
with the finest and most current products and enhancements
available. Therefore, our container, enhancement and
gourmet products may change. We make every effort to
update our website often; however, an item may be discontinued
or out of stock due to supplier back orders.
We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary and similar in nature in any of our gift baskets without compromising the overall design, theme, color, or quality of the gift basket.
All gift baskets on our website our photographed unwrapped to provide you with the highest visual accuracy of the contents of each basket. Prior to shipping or delivery, proper wrapping and packaging will be used. All gift baskets will be gift wrapped to provide stationary shipment. We want your gift basket to arrive at its destination in beautiful condition.
Will
you add an enclosure tag to my gift to include my personal
message?
During the ordering process you will see a "Special
Instructions" Box. If you would like for us
to include an enclosure card with a short message, please
put your message in this box. If you would like a blank
card to write your own message, please specify this
in that same instructions box.
How much notice do you need during
peak holiday season?
We make every effort to be prepared for the high volume
experienced during the holidays. Most orders during
busy holidays will be completed and processed in 1 to
3 days. The further out that you can place your order,
the better.
