Each basket is hand prepared and inspected, wrapped in shrink wrap, topped with a lovely bow, and packaged appropriately for shipping with a "Fragile, Handle with Care" sticker to ensure it is not mishandled. Any damaged shipment must be reported to us immediately. Contact us immediately. We will make every effort to replace any damaged items and ensure your satisfaction.

Unopened baskets may be returned within 5 working days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All merchandise must be returned in the original carton and in good condition. No credit can be issued until the returned merchandise is received and inspected by us.
